SPAY implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to minimise the risk of unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure and use of, or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed. Furthermore, each of our employees and associates processes only a restricted amount of data, required to perform their duties.
We ensure that our employees have been authorised to process the personal data and that they have committed themselves to confidentiality, or are under an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality. In the case of a personal data breach, SPAY shall notify the personal data breach to you and to the supervisory authority competent, when legally required to do so.
